Date Claimer: Parent /Carer/Teacher/Student Meetings
Parent/Carer/Teacher/Student Meetings have been scheduled for Term 3 Week 10, Monday 15 September – Friday 19 September according to teacher availability.
Most staff will be available Wednesday afternoon 17 September. On this day, from 2.30pm until 6:00pm class teachers will be available for discussion face to face in the hall.
Students are encouraged to be present at the meeting with teachers and parents/carers as they will have a role to play in the discussion around their learning and achievements and in particular their goals. The opportunity will empower our students to assume increasing responsibility for their learning.
Meetings will be 15 minutes duration which includes time to change over between appointments. Appointments outside Wednesday afternoon will be conducted in student's classrooms.
To co-ordinate the meetings we have employed an online booking system to assist parents in securing their preferred times.
- The booking system will be accessible for parents/carers from 6:00am, Monday 1 September through to 4:00pm Friday the 12 September. The system will not accept bookings outside of these times.
